My bad luck returns

My bad luck returns Welp drove threw that down pour we had in pa and went threw some water running across the road. Ever since then at 3/4 throttle the car just dies. Volts are fine. after driving threw the water when i got on it it missed bad and the light started blinking but went off a couple mins ltr. Think I killed my engine or you think I fryied some damn sensor?
