Does it still have the tune in it? If so go through your tune and see if there is an irregularity in it that could be causing this, i am not exactly sure what these sensors do but its something in the tune if its still there.

Try scanning/logging it while running and driving

Im not sure if it has changed or not but try a re-flash and see what happens if you have access to it.

Either way id run a scan/log of idle and driving conditions with moderate driving, again im not sure what knock sensors are for but dont go WOT till you knwo what the problem is and fix it.

See if your car is running lean this might be causing your problem but again not sure what they do. See if your O2's are working properly if the car is lean, if it is lean and there bad there is your root problem if perhaps this is whats causing it.

Ok im not questioning your ability here but just to make sure, did you torque the knock sensors to the exact spec (15 ft lbs)? If they are not torqued correctly they will do that.

also the p0327 is refering to the front sensor only. no abnormal engine noises or pulleys/ pumps? Go to the knock sensor connector and if you have a meter set it to the 400k ohm scale and put one lead to battery ground and the other to the knock sensor terminal and your resistance should be between 97k ohms and 107k ohms. That will test your knock sensors and the jumper harness.

They act as "ears" for the PCM. They listen for pre detonation either caused by bad gas or too much timing. When the sensors pick up detonation or "knock" it sends the signal to the PCM and the PCM retards timing to try to eliminate the harmful knock.

Every thing seems quiet? No noise that i can hear, not even an exhaust leak. Lifters make a little noise at idle but when you rev it slightly even that goes away. It can sit and idle all day and not throw a code, but when I take it for a drive (driving easy etc) and it is under load it sets the code. I even tried to thump the intake with a rubber hemmer whyle watching the scan tool for knock retard. There was never any knock retard at all according to my scan tool. Taking the intake on and off is getting old fast.

Now go from the knock sensor harness to the engine computer and ohm them out, you'll need to find the pin numbers.
