This doc explains the ckp relearn

You can do it with EFILive if you have the Pro
verison.
A dealer with a Tech2 can also do it.
It only takes about 30 seconds.

i think u have to have a EASE scanner or somethign like that and tell the PCM to crank relearn
For CKS relearn you Just click on command while car/truck is parked and engine running above 4800 RPMs

This is what you call TOOTH ERROR LEARN, right?
EFILive V6 calls it crank position sensor relearn.
I suggest using EFILive V6 (free upgrade) instead of V5 as EFILive V6 will "walk you through" the relearn procedure with on screen feedback and instructions
