Apples and oranges. Speed Density or, "MAP" is a measurement of incoming airflow.
Your O2 sensors are measuring outgoing unburnt hydrocarbons in a closed loop feeback system. Not running O2 sensors is often referred to as Open loop.
You can run Open or Closed Loop Speed Density or MAF operation- your choice.

As stated Speed Density & running o2 sensors has nothing to do with one another.

For the most part, I always prefer to run CL, as much as possible. It gives the best all around performance. It can and will adjust to varying temps and conditions.
OL needs to be much more precise, and is usually more difficult to get right in varying conditions. Esp in an area like where I live that has hot summers and cold winters.
