Default Enabling fan in truck ecu 03 Tahoe

Hi again folks. Could anyone tell me witch pins I’ll use on a 03 ecu Truck/Tahoe for enabling the fan 1 and 2? I do have the diagram for 02 mod, and it’s not the same. I have tried that. Pin 42 and 33. I have programmed it to serial fans with two outputs.
Thanx for all help.
Reg Chris.

I have the diagrams for both and neither shows a fan circuit, the only thing the show in the cooling section of the wiring diagrams is the coolant level. If you want them to be email to you, let me know. I ran in to the same issue and plan on running F-body code, if I can't figure it out

So are you guys saying that if we want electric fan relay controls, we have to buy a harness and pcm for a f-body?

Not exactly, you should be able to use your PCM and harness, but would have to add wiring to it. Then flash the code from an F-body. I'm sure somebody has worked around this already. The thing that bothers me is the F-bodies and the truck use differant method to know which gear the tranny is in, so running the F-body operating system is opening up a new bag of worms

....and all along people have been telling me you can use any one that you want. How would you add pins and wires to the PCM connectors?

To the harness connector that attaches to the PCM. You just remove the TPA cover (the Red or Blue cover) and push the pin in and pull back on it slightly, then put the cover back on.

Smile Litle info.

Hi again folks. We don’t need to flash the ecu with new software. It is already in the software. It only needs to be enabled with software like EFI LIVE. When it comes to the connectors you need to cut out a couple of pins from an old wiring harness and push it in, true the silicone in the connectors.
That is really all the job. At this point i have not got this to work on a 03 mod Tahoe yet. Yes I have done this many times on a 02 Tahoe. I’m working on a 03 these days to get it to work. Yes you can buy a standalone wiring harness with a relay and temp sens, but I want it one hundred percent integrated in the truck….

pin 33 and pin 42 just follow the exact instructions of a 2002 camaro 5.7L fan circuit. If you transfer using efilive all the fan tab from a camaro over to the truck it will work just like stock.

So how does one add wires and pins to the PCM connectors?

I read that. Im just talking about getting from raw wire to a female pin. Or does the pin already exist and I just have to take the connector apart and soldier the wires to it?

You just need to pull a wire from a junk harness and then tap it into the hole. It should be empty on that pin. I have 1000s of the wireing ends. Maybe i should start selling them for 2 bucks shipped for 2.
