HP tuners used does not work? Purchased used.
Activation key does not work.
No response from tech support.
Help please.
We have logged into hptuners.com and changed the account info.
support@hptuners.com is where we sent mail.
WTF kind of crap is this?

To follow up:
We did get a response from an HPtuners rep.
Most current version was 2.22.
The version on the cd we bought was 2.0.
Logged into the account and downloaded latest version.
The comp we used was missing .net framework required for this software to work.
It seems to be working now or at least activated.
