Default hp tuners

I loaded my HPT in to my new lap top,(My other lap top was destroyed by Ike) and went to install it in my truck and its saying "can't find interface.make sure you have power, make sure ignition is turned on" Well the key is on,the green led on the mpv1 is on,It will not read lisceses.Can someone please help me out?Thanks for your time,Mike

Check your usb device manager to ensure both MPVI A & MPVI B are installed properly.

I checked the drivers and they are installed properly.Now when I plug everything in it cannot read the interface/WTF!!Any idea's? Mike

Best thing to do would be to contact support directly so we can troubleshoot.

Well after more reading on the hpt site I found out my new laptop will not allow the unsigned drivers to work,so now I have to figure out how to install them manually.Can anyone let me know how I can do this?Mike
