Default How to check O2

I have a code, forget the number exactly, that says Bank 1 Sensor 1 heater malfunction, that's driver side right? I don't have rear O2s, they have been tuned out. How do I check the millivoltage of the sensor? I couldn't find it on a search.

I really just needed to know if Bank 1 Sensor 1 was driver or passenger.

But its for a 2000 T/A, A4 and the code is P0135

Bank 1 Sensor 1 is the precat sensor, drivers side.

A heater code is different than a signal return code. You don't need to be looking for millivolts, you need to be checking the heater resistance.

Heater codes can have two causes. One is an actual bad heater
circuit or element. The other is, the sensor just doesn't start
switching soon enough to suit the PCM's liking. That could be
crust, bent mixture, long tube headers in winter or whatever.

Heater wires do get damaged or burnt, but unless there has
been recent undercar work I think this is not as likely as the
simple aging & environment scenario.
