Default What's the criteria for the EVAP system and O2 sensors to be "ready"?

Took my car up to get inspected at a buddy's place and forgot that I had to jump start the car recently. I had two "not readys" come up.

One for the evap system and the other for the O2 systems. I checked my old paperwork from inspection 2 years ago and my evap was ok but o2 system was "not ready". Didn't matter and I passed because you can have one "not ready".

Questions are, how many drive cycles/milles do I have to perform for the computer to run the evap tests?

I have the rear o2 sensors turned off in the computer. I'm guessing this is why this test never runs. Do I need to turn them back on and run sims to have this test run?
