Default Strange A4 shifting after mods

A 2000 A4 Vette just had heads, cam, headers, and a
Yank stealth 2600 installed.

It's shifting very strange now, maybe someone has run
into a similar issue and has some insight on this.

I've got it it idling good(all around) and the WOT A/F
ratio is good.

I'm having some problems with the part throttle shifting.
I can hold the pedal about 30%(as an example) and it will
shift from first to second good, but then when I get into
about 3500rpm in second gear, the tranny seems to down
shift back to first gear. It runs up the rpm.

I can back off of the pedal some, and it will get into
second gear.

The tranny will not go into 3rd gear. It just revs high
in second.

At this point, all the tranny programming is stock.

I'm thinking that I need to LOWER the 2-1 shifting mph
in the "Normal Mode Shift Speed" table, to keep the
tranny from downshifting. But the table indicates to me
that it should not be downshifting based on the mph
values in the table already.

Then I'm thinking that I need to lower the 2-3 shift
point so that the tranny will go into 3rd gear.

Any input and help on this is appreciated.

P.S. - I thought that the tranny has to meet BOTH the
RPM and MPH conditions for it to shift. That's not what
I'm seeing in the stock shifting tables.
