What is the optimal AFR for cold start.

There is no fixed value as it varies with both different setups and different intake and engine coolant temps. Look at a stock OL fuel table and see what the OEMs went with for our stock engines.

Ok for a big cam car like 251-259 114lsa 90mm TB fast intake what do you think the AFR should be for an easy cold start?

It won't need near as much fuel as in the stock OL tables that's for sure.

Don't gt fixated on an A/F ratio, as when it's cold the wideband is going to be erroneous anyways.

First thing, is make sure the VE and/or MAF are dialed in well. If there's too much fuel there, you're going to be way too rich on start up.
