i was wondering what the fuel pressure is to be on an ls1? mine is about 58 at idle but it drops when goosed to about 20 at 5k. i dont think this is correct. i do have a "helper" pump that was used when it was procharged. i was thinking there is a restriction, making it drop pressure so i was going to remove the extra pump. am i correct or is the pressure normal? thanks!

It should be 58psi constantly. You obviously have a delivery problem if its dropping that low @ 5k
