Default Factory PCM 3-bar SD ... Keep it or replace it?

I have currently in my project car the factory PCM reprogrammed for 3-bar SD tuning with HP Tuners software. With my F1R, I see up to 18psi of boost. The rest of the specs are in my sig. I am thinking about getting alittle more aggressive with the motor with things like solid roller cam, race gas, and maybe a cog drive setup. I have thought about using a different PCM like BigStuff3, or MegaSquirt II, or something along that line, but I haven't been convince that any of the replacements would be better for my setup. So I am looking for people with personal experience with these and similar engine controllers to give advice.

i ran a aftermarket for around half hour and went back to a 3 bar HPT factory PCM... 8.9@160mph on stock GTO rear suspension says there is nothing wrong with the factory PCM...
