Default Problem with rising idle.

After I got my car back from tuning I've been having a problem with my idle rising up whenever I put the clutch in or put it in neutral. I don't know if I might have damaged anything during the cam install because the car was misfiring and falling on it's face before the tune. Sometimes It will just stay where it is and lower slowly and sometimes it will shoot up to 2000 RPMS and slowly lower back down.

Anybody know what could cause this? I was thinking maybe IAC or a vacuum leak.

A vacuum leak will give you an accelerated idle all the time.
Idle raising until you come to a stop is tune related.

That's what I was thinking.
