sct hand held

anyone know where i can have my sct unlocked it is currently vin locked and dont have the car to unlock it anymore anyoone know if i can get it unlocked and what it will run

You will have to contact SCT directly to get it unlocked.

Cost should be around $150 to get it unlocked.
