car tuned with efi can I tune again with HP? My car was tuned with efi. Can it now be tuned with hp or do I have to
have it tuned with efi? Sorry for a dumb question but I know nothing about tuning.

In most cases yes, but EFIlive has custom operating systems that I don't think are compatable. It would be doubtful that you have one of these, because if you did you'd know more about it, so most likely yes.
