P1635 and P1639

P1635 and P1639 I have a 1998 TA that was an A4.
I bought it as a roller and it now has a 2000 LS1/T56, 2000 fuel tank and sending unit, 2000 instrument cluster, 2000 PCM and engine harness.
I have colsolidated the C210, C220, and C230 connectors in the car accordingly to work with the 2000 engine harness. I have also repinned my instrument cluster connector accordingly and all seems to be well as far as that goes.
I am throwing two codes, P1635 and P1639. The SES light is on, as well as the "Service Vehicle" light. The cooling fans also run on high full time.
Anyone have any experience in dealing with these codes? I am new to the LS1
