Maf ok?

Maf ok? Ok so I have a P0102- MAF Sensor Circuit Low Frequency as well as a P0121 TPS Low Input AC
My question is how do I isolate wether or not the MAF is ok?
ENG SENS Fuse is Good (Multimeter verified)
I show a good ground on the MAF Ground wire (Multimeter verified)
I show 11.6V on the 12V supply wire (Pink)
I show 4.97V on the Yellow wire (but I dont know what it should be)
...when the car is run hooked to a friends scan tool, I show 5.8 grains per second at idle, and under WOT I show 250 grains per second.... do those seem like numbers within spec? Im lost since all the connections and wiring seems OK, but I dont want to throw parts at it....
