Default Speed Density tune

What consits of a speed density tune... does it elimate the maf? just wonderin .... i heard its a better overall tune... idk im lost on this one...

The car will basically run off the MAP (Manifold Absolute Pressure) sensor instead of the MAF sensor. So, you eliminate the MAF. You will have to fill the VE (Volumetric Efficiency) table with values based off Wide band o2 sensor readings. Your software will use these WB O2 readings and calculate the values needed to fill the VE table. It's not real complicated but does take some time to get it correct. I've only tuned my own car, so I'm no expert. So this is a very general explanation. Alot of tuners wont do these types of tunes because of time constraints, and those who do, will charge more for the time needed to do it properly. You can do it yourself but will need a good Wide Band o2, laptop, and software.
