Default Using a ls3 map sensor with a ls1 pcm

I'm In the works of the ls1 to l92 set up i ran across a problem. I have a ls3 intake which requires a ls3 map sensor. I already have the katech conversion harness for the map sensor. My question is there any internal value difference between the two map sensors? Should i run a ls3 os? I was looking at some stock ls3 pcm tunes and I noticed the map readings are in different increments as well as being a higher total value. I'm not sure if that's just in the newer pcm's capabilities or is even something I'm going to have a problem with it? Thanks for all the help.
