Default Buying LS1edit

I have two friends who want to go in on a copy of LS1edit with me (each paying thirds).

What all do I need? Where should I get it from? What other products should I buy to get the most use out of it (like autotap)?

Any links or experiences or info would be great.

Anything else in particular I should be looking at before buying?

looks like you got it. do you have a scanner yet? you'll need a scanner to see how your car is running (atap or similar).

here's some more reading for you...

Keep in mind you can't get a single user copy for three people. It will cost more than just splitting the $550 three ways.

It's still only around $150/person (up to 4 people, if I remember correctly) for an extra copy, so (550+300)/3=$283 ...not so bad. The only catch is if you or your friends move to some other place. The PCM's involved are basically bonded to remain in the same place. That's what prevented me from joining a similar project here in Tucson...

It's $550+50+150(x3)=1050

Which is only going to be about $275 each (there are going to be 4 now)
