normally when you apply the ebrake the head lights will stay off, but latley the lights come on no mater what, ebrake or not, all the fuses check good and things seem normal, but i allso have an ABS light and TCS OFF light that stay on, (not sure if it happened at the same time cuz i wasnt paying attn.) any one ever have this problem??

Did you check the electrical contact at the bottom of the ebrake lever inside the console? That'd be my first guess.

Or you could just disable the auto headlight function.
