Default part throttle timing advance

Please excuse my tuning ignorance. I'm new to this.

I've been trying to track down a small "burble" that my car has cruising around 2200rpm with a load on it. I was driving around with HPtuners running and noticed that my advance gauge in the program is reading 33 degrees at 2100-2300 rpm periodically pegging at 40 degrees. Idle advance is around 19-24 degrees.

I was just wondering if this is normal for part throttle cruising?

Also LTFT's are around -12 through -8 and STFT's are between -4 to 8 in places.
