PCM problem help

PCM problem help i think i have a major problem. after some time of driving my LTFTs and STFTs seem to lock up. they all go to 0 and the bank 2 sensor 2 goes to 2.34 everytime and the car starts running rough likes it really not monitoring anymore. does anyone have a clue wat could be causing this?

turned out had a 02 code and was keeping it open loop, thanks this should have been a easy response
