Default Chime in...pcm exprts needed

When installing my pcm/harness in a different car. All vats were removed (rat rod). The installer fried one of my 2 speed fan wires.
The low speed wire dosen't work anymore, so he had to use the hi speed one. Car runs great....but, my bank 1&2 knocksensors are coming on. I've done everything i've read in here troubleshooting this headache...nothing works!!!
Could my pcm be no good, cause he fried(grounded) one of the fan wires??? Must of shorted out something inside pcm???

all stock settings......but, ever since my car was up and running. the 2 knocksensor codes are always on, even if i turn it off., it'll come back on.
i've replaced the sensors/ new wires/ siliconed sensor covers/ made sure i don't pinch the wires/ car has no knock whatsoever, nothing seems to work......so i think it may be the shorted wired when installing the harness/pcm.

Sounds like a wiring/harness problem,

Though difficult to finger abstractly. Get a decent tuner onto it.

all wires are correct.........my question is when one of the two speed fan wire got grounded and caught on fire...,,,,would or could this be the problem my ses light is on (bank 1 and 2 knock sensors). maybe it damaged the pcm.....

Can't see the PCM,

being damaged. Could just be coincidental that the KS feed is faulty. Or the KS's are themselves giving the problem. The forward one is notorious for corroding up and failing.
