Default Need help with L76 Question!!!!!!

So I would like to ask everyone here.... is it possible to do an l76 swap and retain the oem computer from the g8?

To clarify, I am talking about potentially using this motor in a custom car, no swapping it into an already lsx car like most of the posts I found..... a 69 camaro to be exact....

Simply put, can this motor be run with the oem computer and harness and just "trim the fat" off the harness and edit the pcm? What is involved with removing displacement on demand, or afm?

That is the bulk of my questions for now...if anyone has a moment to share/enlighten, please feel free!!!

Thanks

Yep can be done no worries. If your going to use a different box perhaps a Holden M6 calibration would suffice. Disable VATS and off you go.
