Wiring Harness Headaches (please help ID wires)

Wiring Harness Headaches (please help ID wires) Been working on this wiring for far too long and have a huge headache. Does anyone know what these two plugs are for? I know one is the cam position sensor and I hope it isn't grey because my modified harness wont reach the plug on the back of the manifold

Also, I believe the white plug pictured is for the !CAGS, not sure about the orange and the blue. I know the green wire goes to the other side of the tranny for the reverse lights but what about the brown? Thanks for the help guys
