Default Fuel pressure through fuel tank pressure

I am wanting to moniter my fuel pressure at the rails through the tank pressure signal, using the autometer 2246. Does this look correct for what I am trying to do. ([PID.6420]/ .04) - 12.5.
This value does not seem correct, but it came from the HPtuner help.

Fixed link.
I am swaping the 97 pcm for a 2002. I dont have the fuel tank pressure switch in the tank, and the EGR is used by the WB.
