doubt it.... its called drafting dude, dirt and mud and **** comes up an does that, so does the water coming out of your exhaust.

Yea it's probably just dirt. Since you had your car tuned just look at the A/F on the dyno sheet.

What are the chances its oil?

Clean it off...do a few WOT runs...if it comes back even slightly...its comng from your muffler...in that case...probably oil or dirt on your car getting wet from condesation flying out your exhaust pipes at WOT as it lands on your car...if its oil the inside of your exhaust tips would be pretty mucked up (moist) with that much oil coming out the end.
