hey guys i have a obd1 engine harness and computer from a 94 z28 on my 97 trans am. everything work great but i can't tune it. i have this cable http://www.obd2allinone.com/sc/detai...item=aldlobd2u . i don't know if i can move some wires around on the car's side to make my cable work. thanks for your help.

Well first of all you didnt need the OBD1 harness, Its still a plug and play with the OBD11. anyway when you say it will not connect what do you mean? did you check for power at the connector? Check your cigarette lighter fuse...

Thanks and yes I checked the fuse and it's okay. My adl cable plugs in fine but what I really want to know is if I have to move any wires around on the car's harness so I can get data into my adl cable. My cable is made for obd1 cars with 16 pin conector and my car is 16 pin but originally obd2. I'm not sure if the data wire from the PCM is in the same location because I'm not getting a reading on my lab top.
