Well if you can find a PCM with the same operating system you could technically have someone at a dealership flash it with your VIN #. BUT that's illegal, no?! Lol

they license to the vin and ECM ID number, so you change either one you have to relicense the pcm.

I've got probably a half dozen pcms with the same vin number in them for testing.

If you change to a new vcm id number you'd need to relicense it if you don't already have the year/model license for the pcm in question.

We do NOT license to a vin number contrary to whats been stated. Single vcm licenses are licensed to the vcm id number unique to each pcm.
