Rx7thHeaven

I currently have a Ls1 from a 02 ws6 trans am in my Mazda Rx7 and I tune with Hp tuners. I have come acrross an opertunity to pick up an engine/trans/ ecu out of a new Camaro and am thinking about swapping it into my Rx7. I am just curious of any pitfalls that I might run into. Are there any new enhanced security features built into the ecu that might stop the car from running. Or can everything be disabled with Hp tuners. Also I am curious about traction control has anyone ever used the throttle by wire for traction control on a vehicle they have swapped an engine into. I would inagine as long as you got wheelspeeds to the ecu you could still get it to function. Thanks in advance for any onfo.
