Default Vats!

I'm in the process of swapping a 6.0 into a mustang.
I am using a computer from a 2000 trans am. Will I have to disable Vats in the pcm in order for it to run?

Yes. Also, if you want to use F body accessories, you gonna have to drill and tap the boss on the driver side for the alternator bracket. The truck intake is TALL, if you planning on changing, then thats cool.
