Default Got a problem

My car will not crank. I have a 2002 Camaro and have some gauges and my Fast XIM box powered by a accesory port on the inside fuse panel. Well now this port has no power at all and the car will not crank. The fuel pump primes and the radio comes on but the starter doesnt try to work at all?? Im thinking that there is a wire burnt on the back of the fuse panel and i have checked all the fuses and they are all ok.

I have traced down the acesory wire and found where i am losing power. It goes to the Intergrated body control module. But does the BCM also control the dash lights cause i have none. I dont want to change the BCM cause it is really expensive if i dont have to.

thanks
Chase
