Running rich with Long tubes, throwing codes. What kind of tune is needed?

Running rich with Long tubes, throwing codes. What kind of tune is needed? I just purchased the car from someone on the forum. It has long tubes, high flow cats and a stock SLP Centermouth exhaust..
It threw P0141 P0160 P1153 all codes are for the oxygen sensor.
I can tell the car runs rich by smelling fuel out the exhaust and the milage is pretty low. If I have the cutout open or closed would that effect the tune much? Should I get a Predator tuner or something to change it if I open the cut out?

Atleast get a delete tune for the code issues...$100 or so here in Texas. Get the remainder dialed in properly by a local tuner willing to take the time to do a thorough job...expect alteast another $100+. Problem solved. AND no...F* foget the wasted $
