Default Hard time holding idle > please help

I have just ran into a problem with my LS1 not holding a normal idle. It used to stay at a pretty steady 800rpms. Now this is not the case. My car drives normal, but after driving no particular distance, when I come to a stop it drops down to 300 - 400 rpms then comes right back to 700 - 800 rpms. It has only completetly died out a few times. What are some reasons that a M6 LS1 wouldn't hold a normal idle? I've checked the throttle body, and its fine, I haven't had any codes shoot either. Any help would be nice! My MODS are listed below. Thanks.

If it just started doing it I would say dirty Mass Air.
I've had horrible times trying to tune a SLP MA with a Procharger kit.Always tossed the SLP MA because it just wouldn't idle right.

What seems to be the problem with those SLP MAFs? If its dirty, whats the best way to clean it? Thanks again!

use some electronics parts cleaner or carb/brake cleaner. just don't touch any of the wires.

Hate to sound stupid, but here I go ~ What do you mean by don't touch any wires? Don't spray any wires? Or don't touch them with my hands? Which wires are you talking about? Inside the MAF?????
Thanks
