Default P0200 and P1635

I'm not really sure where to start. I tried to start the car this morning and I noticed it took about 6 full cranks for it start then it idled really rough. It does eventually smooth out but for the first few moments it does that. Sometimes though, it will fire right up and the SES will turn off! What gives?! Any input?

Thanks,
Kyle

OK, could my front, driver-side O2 throw these codes if shorting out? I think it may be since, when I installed my LTs, I managed to rub the heat shield (around all the wires) off on my header. The wires didn't LOOK exposed, but should I replace that O2?

EDIT: Ignoring the P1635, the battery voltage was able to get really low (just enough to turn it over) so I'm just trying to focus on the P0200, the PCM is literally 4 weeks old. It is not the injector driver. Any input yet?
