Check gauges light?

Check gauges light? In the past week i noticed while i am driving that the check gauges light blinks about every 30 secs. also when it blinks i noticed the neddle on the speedo jumps. Can anyone help?

all the other gauges read fine at idle and everything. just when i am drving it the light blinks. i have full exhaust, a tune, a lid, and gears
