Sometimes in open loop the cars tps will show 1% throttle when no gas. Once in closed loop it goes away. I have tried 2 new tps sensors and replaced the plug and pigtail. Once it closed loop the engine vacuum will drop along with 02 sensor voltage for a few secs then rev back up at idle. I have tried another maf, new front 02's, new coolant temp sensor. I have reset the tps many times and the car will run better for a short time only for the problem to come back.
