Can you use the same year, trans corvette Pcm for an Fbody engine.

Nope. There are so many different issues that you would spend the rest of your natural life trying to resolve them. No DIC support, no Tire Monitor support, no Active Handling Support, no Radio Error Code support, etc, etc, etc.

Not to mention that you would have to convert over to throttle by wire, instead of using a cable.
