Default Got a lean bank 2 code - need a little guidance.

i've had a lean bank 2 code pop up the last couple of times i drove my car. i pulled a plug on that side, and they are white, so it looks to be lean. the weather is about 50-60 for a high and the only change made to the car lately was a 2 core radiator which has kept the water temp around 150 to 160 degrees. i know this is low, and i'm gonna raise the fan on/off temps some, but would that cause a sudden change that would make this code start to appear, or did i just loose an O2 finally.

It's been my experience that faulty injectors are sometimes to blame. Just some food for thought.

The O2 may have gone bad. It may sense a rich condition and send a lean command. What are the LT fuel trims and the voltages that the O2s are sending?
