Default E38 vs E40 vs E67 - live tunable?

Newbie question: I'm thinking of getting a crate 427ci LS-7 (2007) engine and wonder which PCM I should be going for: E38, E40, E67. Are any of these live tunable with EFI Live or HP Tuner? Or should I go for sth like Motec?

Thanks in advance!

Neither do fully live tuning but in efilive case you have DVT which is bidirectional control for spark and fuel and a few other things. Not sure if HPT does the same or not.
Otherwise the older LS1 ecu will do what you want. For fully live tuning road runner is what you want.
