Are they both 12200411 service number?
If it's a late 2000, it might be. People load the 2001 / 2000 f-body tune in the 1999 / 2000 PCM's so the DBW Vette tune should work, but I'd look for a 12200411 PCM, just to be on the safe side, they're not that hard to find
