Default TPS Values out of range?

About every 50 miles I get the code for TPS values out if range. I replaced the tps sensor twice, but still happens. Any help before i have to take it to the tuner. I get no other codes

What is the exact code? You have 3 wires going to the TPS. TPS signal, low ref, and 5v ref. Your 5volt reference should be 5v all the time, low ref should have continuity to ground(depending on year, could be computer controlled ground) and then you sig wire is the voltage you see with your scanner data,0-5v, normally it will be near 0.5v closed throttle and the voltage will progressively increase to WOT, 4.89v(near 5v). You need at least a multimeter to do this or a scanner to read TPS data.
