I can't do it, my mind is fried from the hours and hours and hours i've spent with no results. I gota be missing something.

I'm guessing it's the ms3 gto in your sig.
How long ago was this tuned?
Has this always been the case at idle with your af?
Did you check for vacuum leaks?
What af is the wideband showing at idle?
Cams like that often idle better with a lean reading at idle and it's not always as lean as the gauge says but rather the sensor is being fooled by the overlap at idle. I bet it probably idles better with a leaner reading than 14.7 I'd be more concerned if it's been tuned for a while and it now running leaner than it used to and not running as well as it used to.

Something else is going on... once correction begins, there is a 17-22% split between sides with the passenger side being the high side. Is it lean or is it MISFIRING?
Off the top, though, you are commanding far too lean in the OLFA. Even if it didn't misfire, and fresh-air from overlap aside, it is too lean in that table.
