P0140 and P0160 Codes?

P0140 and P0160 Codes? Have no clue on these 2 codes P0140 and P0160. Searched this sight and several GM sights and no luck. Also looked at the Holden PDF file and it didnt have the codes. This is on a 00 Z28 A4.

140 is O2 circuit no activity, bank 1 sensor 2 and 160 is O2 circuit no activity ,Bank2 sensor 2,. Did you do some exhaust mods to your car cause those codes happen when someone changes exhaust components and doesnt hook back up the rear O2 sensors.
