Default '98 LS1 PCM and '05 LQ4 sensors?

Not sure if this is the right place to ask this but here goes...
I will be installing a '05 LQ4 into a '97 z28. I modified a '98 LS1 auto wire harness to mate to the engine and the chasis.

My question is, will there be any issues at all with the '98 PCM reading the newer sensors that came on the LQ4 (cam sensor, crank sensor, knock sensors)?

Help is greatly appreciated, thanks.

O2s will not work (if they are white/gray), you will need to change them to either flat or square black setups. If the 97 is an LT1, those will work.
