Default help with tuning for new cam

had reputable speedshop install my cam (221/226 .565/.560 114-4) and tune the car for the cam, now i want to install a bigger cam myself and am wondering if the existing tuning setup will still work, or will the car run shitty? the two cams i am considering are the comp xr281hr and tsp 228r

Nope, a re-tune will be needed. Look at it this way, if you do something like a cam and it is supposed to give you more horsepower you better have to change the air/fuel ratio or its not worth the money and time in the first place.
