Need help from tuners!! PLEASE just did a swap from m6 to a4 and car starts up fine drive works and reverse, no codes. The computer was reflashed then a basic auto tune was put in and then my old tune was pasted into all the tables, the shift points are set but the car will not shift. We believe its just stuck in 3rd gear and wont shift out of it. Any help or ideas are appreciated!

Did you reflash it with a auto O.S., not just reflash your M6 ECU with some A4 settings....that will not work, you need to find a A4 ECU and do a write entire on your M6 ECU.
