Is a file already tuned?
If its already in a PCM, I could do save it as a bin file, but you should be able tune it, since as long as it's not a COS, either HP or EFI should be able to work with it. You can always copy all the table, from one to another, if you had a stock tune to start with

The HP Tuners and EFI Live have the axis information swapped in their tables. It would have been nice if they could have done it the same way but thats the way it goes.

You can't directly paste info from one to the other. I have an excel spreadsheet that someone made that converts the timing and VE tables from one to the other.

yea the tables are diff. i think the rpms are on top on the tables and the kpas running up and down i think. efi is the opposite we tired copying and pasting but the tables format is off.

that spread sheet would help me lmk if you can help, can i send you my hpt file and can you do it? i can pay for you time thanks and lmk

the thing is im working off of a rr pcm. and my efi is only licensed for that pcm, so my cable is only for scan only purposes. it wont read anything via the tuner, so i cant pull any tuning files from another pcm

You can just transpose the data. EFI LIVE has a table for this in the tune tool. Natrually HPT doesn't.
